These terms govern your use of EventVerse (the "Service"), operated by Home Use ("EventVerse", "we", "us"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these terms.
EventVerse is an AI-powered event operations platform: workstreams, vendor management, RSVPs, AI suggestions, weather risk, and a public guest hub.
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be of legal age or have authority to bind your organization.
You agree not to misuse the Service. You must not: (a) use it unlawfully, (b) engage in fraud or spam, (c) infringe intellectual-property rights, (d) interfere with security (malware, probing, scraping), (e) reverse engineer the Service, or (f) resell or redistribute it without our written consent.
The Service uses generative AI to suggest vendors, activities, and content. You are responsible for your prompts and any decisions you make based on outputs. Outputs may be inaccurate and are not professional advice. You must have rights to any inputs you provide. We may filter, refuse, or remove outputs and content that violate these terms, and we may suspend accounts for repeated infringement. Prohibited uses include illegal content, deepfakes, hate speech, malware, and jailbreaking attempts.
We retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service and its software, documentation, and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your plan. You retain ownership of your content and grant us a limited license to host and process it to provide the Service.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. See Paddle's Buyer Terms, our Refund Policy, and Paddle's Refund Policy for payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. The Service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated/serious policy violations. On termination you may export your data for 30 days, after which it may be deleted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or special damages (loss of profits, data, goodwill). Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where such limitation is prohibited by law.
You indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
